Grilled salmon perfectly and was easy to clean unlike a grill pan I have been using. I would also buy a larger size but am afraid I wouldn't be able to lift it.

Great Working Skillet - Use It!
No bones about it, I use this skillet like crazy and it is fabulous. Quickly took over from all my odds and ends and stainless steel skillets. I use it for high temp searing and glaze carmelizing, and all around fast cooking and slow simmering. It cleans super easy and keeps a season better than cast iron. can’t say enough and all mr cook friends want one. Never heard of carbon steel before getting it, but I will get every size they make. Very good product Marquette! Don’t hold back on this skillet - it can take heavy use and hard cleaning.
