Grill up your favorite food all year long with the Marquette Castings Reversible Griddle! This rectangular design has one flat, smooth griddle surface and the other side has rounded grill bumps perfect for any type of grilling. This heavy-duty cast iron grill/griddle covers two burners on a standard stovetop and is compatible with an electric or gas stove. The thick iron design retains more heat than any other cookware you own which means better searing and faster pancakes. It also works great in the oven – oven safe up to 500 degrees! The matte enamel finish can hold a seasoning and gets better with time. It’s perfect for making pancakes, frying bacon or searing meat and the grease trough drains grease effectively. Use it on the stovetop or on your outdoor grill. The generous surface area makes it ideal when you are making breakfast for the entire team.

Awesome experience. The product is high quality. It fits across 2 burners on the stove. It was a gift and was used immediately with excitement. Cooks wonderfully be and cleans up easily.
Glad I bought it, it’s size is great for getting all servings cooked at once for our needs.
I’ve had this griddle for a couple of years and love it. So much so I bought a couple more for my family members.
Haven’t used yet because I need to season it and I don’t have air conditioning. Too hot. Can I use my covered grill to season it? The grill heats to 600. It is a beautiful griddle. Very heavy. Very well made. Fast shipping.
The inf I read, stated the heavy griddle could be used on a glass top electric range. After rcvng the nice Maquette griddle, I read inf that it’s not a good idea to use it on a glass top range. Sooo, I haven’t felt comfortable using the griddle. My glass top range is very nice and has no scratches. The inf I read also said because the griddle is very hvy that the weight could crack the glass. Sooo, I haven’t used my new Marquette griddle :-(
