No. 10.5 Skillet
Years ago, cast iron cookware was made to a higher standard. Increasing production costs and pressure from aluminum cookware forced cast iron manufactures to look for lower cost methods. This change in production method resulted in the inexpensive cast iron cookware we see on the mass market today which is notably heavier and rougher than it should be. In order to cast this skillet to the tolerances and finishes we were looking for, we turned to a casting method called Investment (or lost wax) casting which has never been used before to create cast iron cookware. It is an extremely labor-intensive process, but we think it’s worth it. With the 10.5” skillet we have brought back the casting quality that existed years ago. If you could only have one pan in the kitchen the 10.5” Cast Iron may be your best choice. Cast by hand in Michigan

I was not aware how nice it would be! Nothing like anything that I've seen before! This skillet will easily be my most favorite "go to" for everything. Well worth the money!
Love this skillet. It performs as advertised. Lighter and sticks less
Very nice and well made cast iron skillet. Handle still gets quite hot contrary to ad.Very well seasoned which is a great plus for a new skillet.
I am most impressed by the comfort of the handle. It is the most comfortable of any cast iron skillet I have ever used. The casting and finish is pretty smooth; not quite like some of the vintage pans, but very nice. However, there are a few small casting imperfections, and one of them at a pour spout actually cut my hand while washing it. I filed it down smooth, and no longer have that issue. I’m happy so support a local Michigan cast iron product!
Hi Lucas, I am so sorry to hear about the rough edge that cut you and we appreciate your honest and sincere review. If you have any questions or concerns please never hesitate to reach out to us at any time. Thank you Ellie
Straight out of the box I made French toast. No added oil, or spray. The French toast(egg dipped) didn’t stick. It slid off like the pan was glass. The finish is amazing.
