You get what you pay for!

These pans are higher price but there is a reason. They are a great product. First meal we made was cornbread lol. It was delicious. I don’t know if my wife became a better cook or if these pans are that good but it doesn’t matter. Thank you for such a great product.

Very Happy

Great piece for my kitchen. I love the polished smooth surface and the fact that flax oil is used to season. That’s the holy grail of seasoning oils, and I called 5 other companies, all of which do not use flax, just vegetable oil.

Almost a dead ringer for an old griswold

Used the 13" skillet for the first time this evening. I have several old griswolds and wagners, and this pans is as close as anything I've ever seen to the griswolds, which I prefer to the wagners. The Markquette pan is light and thin, just like my favorite vintage griswold. Of course you'd be hard pressed to find a vintage griswold in 13"! My one complaint is that it has a heat ring on the bottom. I use a flat top induction stove, so I never like to see this. It's a fairly thin heat ring however, so the pan worked fine, but why?
