No. 13 Skillet
When the recipe calls for big portions, reach for the No. 13 skillet. The big loop handles fit better in the oven, on your stove and in your cabinet. If you find yourself cooking for 3 or more people, this is the size you want. There is nothing this skillet can’t do. At 7.6 lbs. our No. 13 is the lightest 13” skillet available. If you like high quality products that last forever this one is for you. This skillet is smoother and lighter than any other skillets because it is cast with a better method. Made by hand in the USA.

Fabulous! Used it right out of the box with its pre-seasoning. All my other cast iron (that begins with L) takes so long to season. Not anymore!
I was afraid a 13” pan would be too large for cooking for 2. It is actually the perfect size to make lots of things I enjoy baking or frying. I was thrilled when the pizza I made slid right out of the pan and on to a cutting board. I enjoy dreaming up meals just so I can make something in this pan. So far it was great for cornbread, corn pancakes, a frittata, stir fry and frying fish. The quality is great and the side handles are perfect for this pan. I would recommend it to anyone.
I have collected cast iron skillets and Dutch ovens for 30 years. Most of mine are vintage Pans. I own a variety of contemporary pans and this two handled large skillet is the absolute perfect pan for stove top to oven. The bottom was perfectly level no rocking and soooo smooth. I use it often on my grill, cooks so perfect. I don’t like any black carbon on my steaks and alWays use cast iron between the grill and my food. Excited to add this pan to my collection
this is my first experience with a cast iron skillet. Cooked my first steak and I was very impressed. I am looking forward to using this skillet for a long time. I plan on purchasing the 10.5 skillet soon.
This skillet is well made and I am very pleased that it is sourced and crafted in the USA. I love the weight and smoothness and prefer the handles vs. single long handle. It heats very evenly for cast on our glass top, but does take a bit longer due to the heat ring. It does have a 1/16 wobble, which isn't really noticeable and it could have used a couple more seasonings. Due to those issues relative to the price, I would rate the skillet a 4.5/5. However, customer service is second to none, making my overall rating a 5. We use it almost daily and are glad we went with Marquette.
